Our popular tutor guides us through poses to improve our physical and mental well-being.
We practice a variety of physical poses, breathwork and meditation to improve our posture, balance, flexibility, strength, circulation, bone density, sleep and energy levels, and to reduce stress and improve mental clarity. We participate at a level we are comfortable with, whether beginners or more experienced. As befits a U3A group, we are also introduced to some wider aspects of yoga philosophy to increase our awareness and mindfulness in today’s restless world.
We have 2 yoga groups. This is Yoga 1. Or are you interested in Yoga 2?
